Stand as a Louth Town Councillor

Louth Town Council will be holding an open evening for those people interested in joining the Town Council in this year’s up and coming local elections which take place on May 2nd 2019.

The Open Evening, to be held on Tuesday 5th March from 5pm at the Sessions House on Eastgate, aims at giving prospective Councillors an opportunity to look around the Town Council offices, talk to staff and current Councillors to find out a little bit of what goes on behind the scenes. Interested parties coming to the Opening Evening will also then have the opportunity to stay on to observe the Town Council meetings being held on the same evening at 7pm, if they wish.

The Town Council has 21 Councillors which are divided up into three Councillors for the seven Wards of Louth.
