ST. JAMES' WARD
Mary Finch has represented St. James’ Ward since 2001 and has been Mayoress on two occasions, 1994 and 2001. She is a Louth Town Council representative of the Louth Twinning Association, a member of the LCC Mid-Lincolnshire Local Access Forum and a Trustee and committee member of the Louth and District CT Scanner Appeal.
