Thomas Nelson-Smith was elected onto the Council in May 2011. He is a student who lives in the Town. He can be contacted at 15 Grimsby Road, Louth, LN11 0ED or on tom.nelson17@yahoo.co.uk.
Fran Treanor joined the Council in January 2005. He is a retired Police Officer, who was born and educated in Louth. He is a member of the Louth Crime Prevention Panel, the Neighbourhood Policing Panel and is a Trustee of the Gatherums and Springside Regeneration Group. He runs the Louth Police Volunteer Cadet Corps and is a School Governor at Monks’ Dyke Technology College.
