NORTH HOLME WARD

David Skinner joined the Council in May 1995.  He is a representative of North Holme Ward.

Fran Treanor joined the Council in January 2005.  He is a retired Police Officer, who was born and educated in Louth.  He is a member of the Louth Crime Prevention Panel, the Neighbourhood Policing Panel and is a Trustee of the Gatherums and Springside Regeneration Group.  He runs the Louth Police Volunteer Cadet Corps and is a School Governor at Monks’ Dyke Technology College.
