YOUR DEPUTY MAYOR

Councillor Trevor F. Marris

Trevor Marris was elected onto the Council in May 1999.  He has been the Mayor twice, once in 2003/04 and in 2010/11.  In his first Mayoral Year, he  launched the Louth Hospital Scanner Appeal and is still the Chairman of the Appeal. 

He owns and runs a local carpet shop.  He is a past President of Louth Chamber of Business and held that position for 13 years.  Trevor has worked hard to keep Louth Town Shopping Centre a special place to shop and visit.
