On her arrival at a recent meeting of Louth Town Council held on 20th November 2007 Councillor Mrs. M. Ottaway MBE received a standing ovation and the Council’s congratulations on having received her MBE that day from Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace.  Councillor Mrs. Ottaway MBE is pictured (above right) outside Buckingham Palace and (above left) in the Mayor's Parlour, with her award, which she received for service to the community.
